Your pilot signup data

What we store

Your email address, signup time and the version of this notice. The xploy.run team uses this information to invite you to the pilot and discuss access. Submitting the form does not start a paid subscription or sign you up for marketing emails.

Where your data is stored

In a private database on the xploy.run server. Email addresses are not published on the site or sent to web analytics. The site owner can access the list. We use a temporary hash of your network address to prevent bulk submissions; the application does not store your original IP address in the signup database.

Removing your signup

To withdraw from the pilot and ask us to delete your address, email support@xploy.run from the address you signed up with. You can also contact us there with any questions about your data.

Website analytics

xploy.run uses Umami hosted on our server to measure page views, referral sources, device types, countries, signup clicks and successful form submissions. Email addresses and form field contents are not sent to analytics. URL query parameters and fragments are excluded. Session recordings and heatmaps are disabled. The tracker respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
