Bring an image when your CI already handles the build. A Dockerfile in your repository lets the platform build it instead. Pin image versions to keep updates predictable.
Keep data outside the container
Files inside a replaceable container are not persistent storage. Attach a volume for database and application data, and use S3 for objects. User S3 storage and NVMe have separate limits.
Running multiple services
Compose describes your app, database and worker together. Configure internal connections, public HTTP access and environment variables. Services and projects share the subscription budget; the plan is not a dedicated Docker host.
